Administrative Assistant ($15-16K), Quarry Bay

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round coordination works and project administrative support
  • Responsible for general administrative duties, data entry, updating and filing documents, maintaining various records
  • Maintain records of highly confidential matters properly
  • Perform ad-hoc duties are necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available will be advantage
