Digital Marketing Manager / Executive

As Century capabilities continue to grow, we are focused on further developing our corporate communication and marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for strategic marketing planning and execution to support current and future business needs. This is a position where you will partner with business stakeholders across functions to drive, plan, organize, and implement the marketing activities to grow customers and brand relevance of Century globally.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in campaign plan development and own the tactical design and execution of demand-generation initiatives leveraging existing or newly developed content. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity converts new clients and continually refine our process to convert leads.
  • Set up respective key KPIs, track, analyze campaign and lead performance, and take optimization actions, as necessary, such as A/B testing.
  • Identify target markets, research business intelligence, and build contact lists. Analyze key campaign metrics to gauge success and define best practices for managing marketing data and segmentation.
  • Create and manage end-to-end demand generation, as well as drip and nurture campaigns to improve market visibility. Assist with the development of marketing assets to support overall marketing operations, including collaterals, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Monitor all relevant platforms / tools to assess and evaluate the performance of different digital campaigns to prepare reports and make recommendations to improve conversions.
  • Keep up to date with current and upcoming marketing developments and trends and share insights.
  • Work cross-functionally on projects with other departments to ensure timely execution, efficient delivery, and quality results.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks from time to time as required.

Job requirements

  • Candidates will be considered for the executive/manager role based on experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Multi-media / eCommerce, or related disciplines and at least 4 years of experience in Marketing (digital and traditional) with an interest in logistics.  
  • Proven experience in paid media-brief and creative-brief creation; you will have experience in working with Marketing and Creative agencies and budgeting online campaigns.
  • Agile, resilience, detailed-mind, ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities in managing diverse relationships with the ability to multi-task.
  • Preferred candidates will be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and possess the ability to develop and design marketing materials including brochures, signs, posters, and web graphics.
  • Knowledge of data and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, ASO, SEO, SEM, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, fluency in written and spoken English / Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Assistant Manager / Digital Marketing Executive.
