Summary of the Position
Ampd Energy is growing and seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Supply Chain team. Ampd’s Enertainer provides a new way for the construction industry to power its growth vastly reducing emissions and providing a high level of data transparency. You will be responsible for supporting our Supply Chain team. The work is varied and includes managing our raw materials and finished goods warehouse. You won’t get bored!

You will be expected to be able to operate with a degree ofautonomy, and be a clear, candid, and effective communicator in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehousing Management or related disciplines
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in warehousing operations of which at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Competent in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken of English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate & non-interrupt supply of materials in a timely manner through proactive planning and careful management
• Maintain a system of material management controls to ensure the supply and delivery of inventories will be handled in a more organized, efficient, and effective manner
• Manage warehouse and perform supervisory duties within the warehousing process
• Identify service lapse and seek process improvements through automation or streamlining
• Manage resources in terms of manpower and spacing, allocation effectively to maximize productivity while demand fluctuates
• Provide services to operation and support all departments needs
• Layout the floor plan properly and comply with site Health and Safety regulations
• Organize and control warehouse processes in a cost effective way
• Provide accurate and complete reports on time
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliation
• Perform any duty as assigned by direct supervisor
