Office Clerk


  • Manage daily mailing services and internal & external distribution and coordinate with courier services (local and overseas).
  • Photocopy, scanning, printing, binding, handling of incoming and outgoing fax.
  • Coordinate with facility management office and distribute buildings’ notice / circular by email / MS Teams.
  • Provide housekeeping for office environment and pantries, and report for office cleaning, repair and maintenance. Support on Health, Safety and Workplace inspection.
  • Keep stock of pantry, stationery and office supplies and manage ordering in system.
  • Update floor / seating plan, meeting room set up and grant / review office access right


  • Form 5 / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or above
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience; preferably in large corporation or sizable business
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Good communications skills, attention to detail and reliability
