Mailroom Team Lead / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:    

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mailroom team
  • Delegate tasks to each team member based on their strengths and skill set
  • Sort, distribute, and log incoming & registered mail
  • Maintain workplace equipment and place service calls when needed
  • Create and distribute regular reports to management that show the progress of the project
  • Communicate and interact with clients and colleagues in a professional, positive and courteous manner
  • Any ad hoc requirements from senior management

Job Requirements:

  • Prefer high school matriculated, or equivalent work experience
  • Solid experience in a receptionist role is preferred
  • Experience in providing exemplary customer service with mail operation
  • Computer literate – e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Proven ability to perform duties with little or no supervision
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize job demands
  • Proficient in Chinese communication with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Good communicator at all levels
