Document Services Specialist

Job Description

  • Work Location: Central, Hong Kong
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations, report and statements, legal documents, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters, spreadsheets, etc
  • Effectively use the software outlined below to create and produce completed documents using templates, charts, graphs, complex tables, formulas, macros and mail merges
  • Work closely with other teams to optimize processes to ensure all the output files are met the production requirement
  • Balance multiple projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time
  • Assist Production team to print and bind documents as and when needed
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned or required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with preferably at least 1 year work experience in desktop publishing / layout design / word processing / typesetting or business support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command in spoken and written in Cantonese and English
  • Well-organized, presentable, creative, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedule and work overtime may required
