HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR matters in full spectrum, including recruitment & payroll administration, employee performance and employee relation.  
  • Plan and manage attractive remuneration, compensation, and employee benefits packages to increase employee retention.
  • Prepare hiring plans for both front and back-of-the-house staff, track key recruiting metrics (e.g. source of hire, turnover rates, etc) and handle end-to-end recruitment processes from posting job advertisement, CVs screening, interviewing up to extending offers.
  • Handle employment contracts and prepare HR polices.
  • Prepare monthly payroll considering over-time, holidays and evening or night shifts.
  • Plan and schedule onboarding sessions and job-related training for all workers.
  • Proactive interact with all restaurant staff to ensure their satisfactory level.
  • Ensure that our restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations of the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. Diploma in Restaurant Management will also be considered.
  • Proven 3 years of experience working in HR field or a similar role in the F&B industry
  • Strong working experience to recruit candidates.
  • Good knowledge of HK Labour Law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work for long working hours as and when required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and good time management skills.
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
