We are looking for a professional with strong supply chain and project management skills and high adaptability to enhance the profile of the HAECO Group. You will report to Manager (Planning, Supplies and Stores) while working closely with leaders and other teams from group companies across the globe and communicate with a diverse range of external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Handle new business inquiries / projects and provide package and TAT / capacity estimations
- Review and forecast capacity vs input, make recommendations on utilization of the labour and equipment resources in CRO
- Coordinate with teams in CRO and internal suppliers to ensure smooth work processing
- Conduct workload forecasting, production schedules, workflow and control
- Prepare daily KPIs report to represent to customer and management and initiate continuous improvement
- Lead, motivate and coach team members to enhance best practice in key areas, such as TAT monitoring, workload analysis
- Review and manage replenishment and spare forecasting strategies
- Manage and oversee the Store and Receiving daily operation and projects
What You Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Knowledge in component maintenance and store operation is an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Recognized degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related disciplines (Lower position may be considered for lower qualification or less experience candidates)
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in aircraft / component maintenance or Planning or Supplies
