We are looking for a professional with maintenance experience and can-do mindset. You will report to the General Manager (Component Repair & Overhaul), responsible to sectional quality, service delivery KPIs, production control, staff supervision, procedure setup, manual update, appraisal and production development.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible to ensure the team to perform component maintenance activities in accordance with customer’s contractual requirement and National Aviation Authority (NAA)’s requirements
- Responsible to sectional service delivery KPIs and control of daily operation of workshops
- Responsible to maintain workshop facilities, tool, and equipment for efficient and effective operations
- Develop training requirement and competence program
- Develop manpower plan and training plan for production and company capability
- Prepare workshop for different authority company audits
- Provide daily and monthly productivity report
- Control and Update Engineering Procedure Manual, Standard Operation Manual and Competence manual
- Maintain and Implement Danger Goods handling procedure for production operation
- Manage, motivate, and develop competence and career of staff
- Responsible for overall safety and work quality of workshops
What You Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- A minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in managing workshop or production lines.
- Sound knowledge in audit and quality management system (e.g. ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100)
- Experience in procedure development as per authority and Hong Kong government requirement
- Experience in Audit, Component/Equipment Maintenance and Danger good handling would be an advantage
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Degree or above in Aircraft / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical engineering or related discipline
- Completed Quality Management System course (e.g. AS/EN 9100)
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Good in presentation, interpersonal, self-initiative and communication skills
- Good in leadership and supervisory skills
- Good in problem-solving and time-management skills
