What You’ll Do
- Provide technical recommendations on cabin defect rectification
- Control and schedule all cabin deferred defects to ensure due date compliance
- Highlight to CPA for any product reliability improvement opportunities
- Plan, manage, prepare, and issue all cabin maintenance work packages for line and base maintenance activities, based on airline operations, aircraft time available, complexity of work and availability of required resources such as facilities, tooling, materials, and manpower
- Coordinate plans for maintenance work packages with Production to ensure successful completion
- Ensure all managed work in compliance with standards, policies, and procedure
- Liaise with customers on resource management, maintenance progress update and technical matters
- Ensure workplace safety according to company safety policy
- Drive continuous improvement in operations
What You Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 5 years of technical advisory / planning / production experience on aircraft maintenance
- Experience on aircraft cabin maintenance will be an advantage
- Familiar with AMOS, CX Ultramain, Net-line Ops and TDM system will be an advantage
- If working experience less than 5 years, Cabin Technical Associate Grade 2/1 as a consideration
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Candidate with a Higher Diploma in Engineering discipline will be an advantage
