What You'll Do
- Provides departmental administrative support.
- Handle staffs shift related tasks.
- Upload eRead & Sign document into internal system
- LM staff’s HAECO internal authorization application (initial / renewal / extension)
- LM staff’s HKAR-66 license application (initial / renewal / extension)
- Perform departmental administrative support duties such as manage staff roster, training administration, handling document and other office routines.
- Upload all eRead & Sign document for operation into internal system.
- Process all LM staff application of QA authorization (initial / renewal / extension) before submit to Quality Department
- Process all LM staff application of HKAR-66 license application (initial / renewal / extension) before submitting to Quality Department
- Other ad hoc duty assigned by senior.
What You Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Candidate with less experience or qualifications will also be consider as Administrative Assistant
