Order Management Officer (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports for the factory and internal departments in recurrence patterns;
Prepare presentation materials, and take host for weekly and monthly meetings;
Monitor the stock and pipeline stock, update data in COW and Autoline;
Coordinate product details and arrival time in the Factory Availability Indication (FAIN) system for ordering forecast;
Responsible for the updates of forecast, order, delivery, quotation, stock figures and orderbook in the VIOLA (Volume handling @Scania);
Keep track of the order to delivery process with the KPI files, and analyze the leadtime deviation of delivered vehicles;
Keep track of the order parts period to ensure the vehicle orders are completed in a precise and timely manner;
Actively work with continuous improvements within the SRS framework;
Support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above education, preferably in Logistics and Business Administration or equivalent;
3 years or above relevant work experience;
Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills;
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
A team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
