Order Management Officer (1-year contract)


  • Prepare reports for the factory and internal departments in recurrence patterns;
  • Prepare presentation materials, and take host for weekly and monthly meetings;
  • Monitor the stock and pipeline stock, update data in COW and Autoline;
  • Coordinate product details and arrival time in the Factory Availability Indication (FAIN) system for ordering forecast;
  • Responsible for the updates of forecast, order, delivery, quotation, stock figures and orderbook in the VIOLA (Volume handling @Scania);
  • Keep track of the order to delivery process with the KPI files, and analyze the leadtime deviation of delivered vehicles; 
  • Keep track of the order parts period to ensure the vehicle orders are completed in a precise and timely manner;
  • Actively work with continuous improvements within the SRS framework;
  • Support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers. 


  • Higher Diploma or above education, preferably in Logistics and Business Administration or equivalent;
  • 3 years or above relevant work experience;
  • Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills;
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • A team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
