Assistant IT Officer

THE ROLE

Be responsible for provide actively Digitalize and IT service support to Scania business in HK. Continuously optimizing Digital & IT operation process to accommodate business development.

Responsibilities

Supporting the daily IT operation/Infra/Security in Scania
Understanding the business needs from management team and manage IT demand to balance Business and DigIT objectives
IT assets management
Establishing stable and effective partnership with business, able to transfer business requests and needs into IT solution with assistance from group IT team and 3rd parties
Providing IT support service to all users in HK. Investigating all assigned incidents to root cause so that fixes can be developed as appropriate
IT room and data center management and onsite support
Drafting and maintaining procedures and documentation
Supporting networks and hardware by liaising with group IT team and 3rd party vendors

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science/Information System or related subjects
2 years or above IT related experience in a sizable company
Demonstrated experience on building a stable and strong relationship with business functions
Familiar with IT system, office hardware, printer, video conference system.
Knowledge and experience in office network, router, switch, firewall, VLAN
Familiar with company server setup is a plus.
Actively service delivery and trouble shooting skills , fast learning is a MUST.
Good command of written/spoken in Cantonese & English. Mandarin is preferred.
