QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Job Ref. No.: HO/QS/138/22)

About the Role:

  • Estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, contractual issues
  • Subcontract administration from sub-letting to final account
  • Liaise with other departments, consultants and contractors on QS matters to ensure a smooth running of projects
  • Provide extensive support to the production team on project delivery

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience for civil engineering tender
  • Experience in Main Contract and subcontract management
