HR & Administrative Officer

Job Description

  • Responsible for all-rounded human resources duties, including recruitment and selection, job advertisement posting, arrangement for interview, compensation and benefit, Payroll, MPF, Medical Scheme, Employee Insurance and taxation etc.
  • Handle full spectrum of office administrative and clerical support such as record, organize and documentation support, office equipment procurement, facilities maintenance, collection of mail, etc.
  • Perform accounting and finance-related duties including bookkeeping, cheque issuing and bank reconciliation, monitoring office expenditure, preparing expenses reports and monthly accounts on income and expenditure, assisting in annual audits and liaising with auditors etc.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required


  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Minimum 3 year’s HR experiences in retail food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MPF Ordinance and Hong Kong Labour ordinance, especially the concept of 418
  • Proficient in MS Office (proficient in Microsoft excel application is essential)
  • Responsible, proactive, well-organized and detail-minded and with strong numerical sense;
  • Self-starter, can-do attitude and team player a must
  • Working location: Admiralty/Causeway Bay
