Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Handles service hotline to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responds to all customer contacts (e.g., complaints, inquiries, and praises) received at the office or forwarded from related parties.
• Performs appropriate customer recovery follow-up procedures (e.g., investigation, response letter, phone calls, management contacts) to ensure customer satisfaction and recovery.
• Communicates and reports customer feedback and trends to the appropriate management team in a timely fashion (e.g., ad hoc and routine reports).  Works collaboratively with key functional areas to integrate customer recovery and feedback into specific plans and results.
• Recognizes crisis and critical customer contacts and applies all applicable Company guidelines (e.g., customer recovery, media relations) in facilitating effective resolutions.
• On a continuous basis, obtains and maintains the information (operations, food products, marketing promotions, current events, environmental concerns) and collateral (e.g., annual reports and educational materials) necessary to respond to a variety of customer issues. Develops customer responses to local issues as needed.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships and rapport with management team and key staff (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Q.A.) to facilitate speedy recovery and to improve the overall customer satisfaction performance.
