Our recent expansion in Hong Kong, Macau and China has created exciting opportunities and we are looking for people who are talented, energetic, creative team players to join our growing team.
ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER/ LEASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in all leasing matters of Hong Kong retail/ commercial projects
  • Handle new letting/renewal cases (incl. preparation of budget/report)
  • Carry out marketing works for new project including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc.
  • To handle all enquiries of leasing / complaints and prepare relevant legal documents of leasing
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

 Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Real Estate or related subject
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in property leasing
  • Hardworking, proven abilities in working independently and coordinating with agents/ contractors
  • Familiar with commercial/ retail property industry
  • Good time management, negotiation, communication skills
  • Sound PC Skills on Words, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
