The Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is a unit of Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services.  More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.
 
Major Duties:
(a)  To assist in business development, sales and marketing of PEAK in-service training and product initiatives, consultancy projects in Hong Kong and the Mainland;  
(b)  To liaise with both Mainland and local stakeholders, including government departments, educational institutions, public bodies, industrial partners, etc. on matters relating to planning, development and implementation of training exchange activities, collaborative programmes and other activities;
(c)  To plan, organise and manage Mainland training exchange and collaborative programmes, in-service training activities and projects; and
(d)  To provide support for matters relating to quality assurance of PEAK’s training programmes.
      
Requirements:
(a)  A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;  
(b)  At least 3 years’ work experience in vocational or professional education and training, preferably with good experience in managing Mainland training and consultancy projects;
(c)  Good experience in liaising with and servicing Mainland and Hong Kong government agencies, educational institutions and organisations;
(d)  Solid experience in training needs analysis and training design; and
(e)  Good communication skills in both written and oral English and Chinese, and with a high level of proficiency in Putonghua.
      
Notes:
(1)  The post is in the rank of Assistant Training Consultant.
(2)  The appointee(s) will be required to travel to the Mainland with stay for long / short periods.
(3)  The appointee(s) will be required to work irregular hours and/or on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or public holidays.
