Major Duties:
(a)  To be responsible for multi-media production and graphic design works for publicity and promotion in the following areas:
      (i)  Advertising;
      (ii)  Marketing collaterals including posters, leaflets and brochures;
      (iii)  Video and multimedia contents;
      (iv)  Website Design;
      (v)  Photography;
      (vi)  Desktop publications; and
(b)  To provide administrative and logistic support in promotional and marketing events.
      
Requirements:
(a)  A recognised Diploma or Higher Certificate in Multimedia Design or related discipline, or equivalent;
(b)  At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in related fields;
(c)  Strong skills in Mac and major design software including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects) and other related design software;
(d)  Solid experience in digital photography, video production and website development;
(e)  Proficiency in PC Skills including Chinese and English typing;
(f)  Preferably with knowledge of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking;
(g)  Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
(h)  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Notes:
(1)  Applicants invited for interview will be required to present their portfolios.
(2)  In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
(3)  The appointees may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or outside centres.
