商場顧客服務員 (銅鑼灣) 5天工作

職責:

  • 負責商場顧客服務部運作
  • 處理客人查詢及投訴
  • 推廣商場活動

入職要求:

 

  • 中七或以上程度
  • 一年或以上相關客戶服務經驗
  • 良好溝通及領導才能，處事獨立
  • 能書寫及操流利英語，粵語及普通話
  • 懂電腦操作
  • 於銅鑼灣區輪班工作 (9小時/5天)
