大廈服務員 - 寫字樓及商場 (5.5天工作)

職責:

負責協助及處理日常物業管理工作，包括客戶査詢及投訴，商場推廣活動之人流管制，危機處理等提供優質客戶服務及保安工作。
 

入職要求:

  • 中五或以上程度
  • 一年或以上相關物業管理 / 客戶服務經驗優先
  • 持有效保安人員許可證及護衛業管理委員會認可訓練課程證書(合乎質素保證系統標準) 
  • 慬電腦基本操作
  • 良好粵語及普通話，能以簡單英語溝通
  • 輪班工作 (9小時/5.5天) 
  • 經驗較多之求職者可獲考慮為高級大廈服務員
