科文 - 寫字樓及商場 (5.5天工作)

職責:

監管技工及承包商，負責大廈及其系統的運作、維修及技術工程工作。
 

入職要求:

  • 六年或以上大廈維修及保養工作經驗
  • 持有建造業譏會訓練學院頒發之技能測試證書優先
  • 擁有建造業安全卡及電工A牌 / R牌
  • 操流利粵語，略懂英語優先
  • 優良的顧客服務態度
  • 於銅鑼灣區輪班工作 (9小時/5.5天)
  • 經驗較多之求職者可獲考慮為高級科文​
