About our client:
Our client is a well-known family in Hong Kong.
It is a very attractive opportunity for Secretarial professionals to join a sizable business in Hong Kong serving the senior executive within the organization.
The role will be supporting 70% in Personal affairs and 30% in Business.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for family member's schedule appointment
- Assist all family members on a daily basis, providing regular and ad hoc assistance while collaborating with drivers, helpers, and private tutors
- Follow up school matters, social functions and private activities with both internal and external parties
- Organize all travel arrangement for the family including ticket and accommodation, itinerary planning, visa application etc
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree holder in related discipline
- Min 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Attention to details, strong communication and organizations skills are must
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
