Assistant HR Manager (Regional C&B) - 38k

About our client:

Our client is a listed technologies enterprise with over 1000 employees in Hong Kong. They are looking for Assistant/ HR Manager to join their C&B team.

As the successful candidate, you will be a key member of the HR team, work closely with experts from different areas in APAC supporting regional C&B initiatives.

Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of C&B functions and supervise the C&B team;
  • Lead and coordinate C&B initiatives such as annual performance review, annual salary and bonus review, annual budgeting, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities;
  • Lead the HRIS enhancement project and compile HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Provide practical and professional advice and guidance to business and HR team members on the interpretation and application of reward / C&B packages and programs;
  • Formulate HR analytics to assist top management team to prioritize people agenda
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational and business requirements

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum with 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in HR transformation and system implementation experience is an advantage
  • Familiarize with HR practices and labour ordinance
  • Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
