Financial Analyst (FP&A) / Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Financial analysis for Regional and Business Unit performance from Sales top-lines to other KPI analysis;
  • Manage product portfolio with respect to price and cost, working with various department such as operations and sales to ensure profitability of the business unit;
  • Provide costing and pricing considerations for management team to make decisions on tenders and quotation;
  • Conduct product cost review on a quarterly basis to analyse performance of different products across various market segments, including market share, price competitiveness, and value proposition against competitors;
  • SPC for all SKUs within the company on a regular or on a continuous real time basis. (at least monthly) SPC for Channel, SPC for Bus;
  • Perform analysis and simulations on varying pricing of different SKUs will have on the whole bottom line;
  • Monitor the implementation of price change on a regular basis.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Mathematics/ Economics or related discipline;
  • 1-2 years of working experience in products and services pricing for tenders;
  • Commercial/ pricing experience in manpower intensive service industry;
  • Ability to read through tender/ sales contract and building a pricing table for sales team;
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meticulous;
  • Proficiency in Power BI is necessary.
