職責︰
店鋪營運：

負責管理店鋪日常運作及事務，執行及配合店內促銷及推廣活動；

按店鋪預算監控人力成本，食物成本和開支費用，達到每月的銷售目標；

處理店鋪日常收貨、點算、存貨管理；

確保店鋪衛生環境清潔整齊，嚴格執行食品品質及職業安全指引；

確保同事按照標準及規格準備食物，並維持店鋪營運流暢；

按時向區域經理匯報店舖營運情況及跟進。

 

顧客服務：

確保顧客服務符合運營標準；

根據公司指引處理及解決客戶投訴及各項查詢；

 

人事管理：

編排人手及編制更表，人事管理及文書行政工作；

店鋪人才招聘及面試，並提供入職培訓及提供在職培訓；

 

要求︰

中學程度或相關工作經驗

具備3-5年或以上管理店舖工作經驗

良好的銷售技巧及對外對內有良好的溝通

主動積極，有責任心，具團隊合作精神

提供優質的顧客服務

持有認可的衛生經理證書

懂電腦及POS收銀系統更佳

懂閱讀及書寫中文，略懂英文及普通話
