Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service by phone and email
Providing first line of contact for customers, responding to post-payment queries, targeting real-time resolution in continuous improvement and service
Take ownership and assist team members to drive the overall performance
Provide administration and clerical support when assigning

Requirements:

Good experience in providing customer service, experience in financial service sector or call center will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good team player to build relationships with all levels
Good PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrate high levels of motivation and target focused, able to work under pressure whilst holding customer satisfaction as paramount
