Our client is a listed company of property investment primarily in Hong Kong and treasury investments.

Responsibilities :-

Responsible for leasing activities
Handle and manage all leasing and tenancy matters
Prepare reports on the performance of office leasing portfolio
Conduct market research, analyze data & compile report
Build relationships with existing and potential clients

Requirements :-

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial/retail leasing
Familiar with leasing procedures and tenancy documentation in handling commercial property
Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and good interpersonal
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available will be an advantage
