Job Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain operations in credit collection
- Work closely on credit collection matters with Manager
- Handling and coordinate the credit collection activities
- Ensure collection procedures comply with company guidelines
- Keep the business performance to meet reporting timelines
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments by Manager as required
Job Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above
- 1 to 3 years of related experiences of debt collection and team management
- Familiar with credit collection operation cycle and related processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Positive mindsets, and a “can-do” attitude
- Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- High proficiency in PC skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Less working experience will be consider as Customer Services Executive
