Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide and maintain operations in credit collection 
• Work closely on credit collection matters with Manager
• Handling and coordinate the credit collection activities 
• Ensure collection procedures comply with company guidelines 
• Keep the business performance to meet reporting timelines 
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments by Manager as required 

Job Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above 
• 1 to 3 years of related experiences of debt collection and team management 
• Familiar with credit collection operation cycle and related processes 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
• Positive mindsets, and a “can-do” attitude 
• Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• High proficiency in PC skills 
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Less working experience will be consider as Customer Services Executive
