Our client is a global logistics company and they are now looking for a candidate to join their airport business.
Working Hours: daytime, 6 days per week (including Sunday & Public Holiday)
Reporting to Facilities Management Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of Technicians on building and technical facilities maintenance including MEP, FS, HVAC systems and related building works
- Lead regular inspections of facilities and plan for maintenance schedules to ensure service delivery according to targets and plans
- Provide technical solutions and support in building and maintenance projects and tasks
- Enrol and prepare maintaining facilities services records, database and documentation
- Plan Technicians’ working rosters
- Ensure all work and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations as well as internal policies
Requirements
- Diploma of above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management or related discipline
- Approved Electrical Licence (Grade A) or equivalent is a MUST
- More than 8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management/Building Services Maintenance/Building Construction
- Solid knowledge of operation and installation in electrical equipment and measurement devices
- Solid knowledge of methods and procedures for performing evaluations on all electrical apparatus using ammeters, temperature gauges, etc.
- Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills; good leadership skills
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good PC skills, especially MS Word & Excel
