We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Hong Kong.


Human Resources Officer


  • Perform C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF administration, leave and attendance records
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (including Staff & Labour), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculations, deductions, and payment
  • Ensure all the processes in compliance to legal requirement and company policies
  • Responsible for company insurance scheme administration
  • Responsible to maintain accurate and up-to date records in HR and payroll system
  • Maintain documentation for employee file
  • Assist in HR reports preparation and consolidation for management review
  • Perform ad hoc duties as per request


  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years relevant experience preferably in construction / engineering industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Familiar with HR Systems
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
