Assistant Public Relations Officer / Public Relations Officer (Event Planning)

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and implementing various company gatherings and key events of subsidiaries, ensuring the events are held successfully and achieved desired outcomes
Assist in arranging event etiquette and other on-site work, ensuring smooth event processes and positive atmosphere
Complete routine documentation related to public relations activities, as well as other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, public relations, media and/or other related field(s)
PR planning experience is highly preferable
Proactive and with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with video and photo editing software will be an advantage
Proficient in various computer office software
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is required
