Job description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across Asia, targeting the construction, property management, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers such as construction firms, property managers, survey companies, and government agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, surveyors, and technical consultants.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals demonstrating the benefits and applications of our surveying camera solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure an integrated and seamless customer journey.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advances in surveying cameras, and competitors’ activities to maintain market competitiveness.
• Travel within Asia to visit clients and represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.
   

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Surveying, or related field.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably in surveying instruments, construction technology, or property management solutions.
• Strong understanding of surveying camera technology, including its use in construction monitoring, progress tracking, and property asset management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build trustful relationships with clients at multiple organizational levels.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong professional ethics.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
