Consumer Marketing Manager (6 months contract)

Purpose of the Job

A 6 months contract maternity cover at manager level report to Head of Marketing of Jebsen Wines & Spirits. The incumbent will be responsible to implement and develop strategic brand partnerships, event planning and management as well as PR and communication to support priority brands marketing strategy and business opportunities.


  • Work closely with brand marketing team and corporate sales team to develop and implement strategic partnership plans with brands to elevate overall consumer experience within Jebsen Wines and Spirits portfolio.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners and explore new collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage and deliver onsite event activations with support from marketing team
  • Execute and evaluate activation programs at consumer level including new product launches, creative adaptation, consumer campaign etc.
  • Evaluate cost impact of proposals to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate overall communications for owned social and partners communication platform  



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in marketing, event planning or partnership preferably from hospitality, lifestyle/ luxury sectors or media
  • A team player with strategic mindset, strong collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Passion for driving successful partnerships and enhancing consumer experiences.
  • Proficiency in social media landscape and digital applications is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with cross functional teams, business partners, vendors, and agencies
  • English proficiency is a must while Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Consumer Marketing Manager
