Account Manager

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with accounts of timepiece to sustain and maximise sales opportunities. s/he needs to execute sales plan with both internal and external parties to pursue profitable growth and market share.


  • Execute the sales plan and develop building block to drive sales & gross profit (GP) for assigned accounts
  • Manage assigned accounts and be the primary point of contact for account stakeholders
  • Identify new channels and business opportunities to maximise market’s penetration.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationship with assigned key accounts
  • Work closely with Brand Management, Marketing Execution and Field team to ensure sales operation excellence with aligned to Brands’ direction
  • Provide regular sales forecast and competitors’ analysis report, review and evaluate sales performance and promotion activities effectiveness


  • Form 7, Higher diploma or above
  • 1 – 2  years of experiences in key account management. Experience in handling clients of timepiece will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, committed, aggressive and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
