  • Discharge a wide range of company secretarial duties to the Group in compliance with corporate governance and statutory rules and regulations
  • Assist in implementation of operating procedures for local and offshore statutory laws and regulations, Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”)
  • To supervise subordinates and support the company secretarial department of the Group
  • Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, SFO reporting, announcements, circulars and other corporate reports
  • Assist in organising various meetings, including board meetings and general meetings of the listed company
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company Secretary and the Company Secretarial Manager


  • Tertiary education of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major; associate or student member of HKICS/CGI or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience gained from sizable companies, certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice, listed or property companies is preferable
  • Able to handle full range of company secretarial works independently
  • Knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong, PRC, BVI, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, Listing Rules and SFO
  • Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matters
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable
  • Proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office, Chinese Word processing and CSA software
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Mature, meticulous, efficiency, proactive, well organised, excellent document and file management
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills
