Entry Requirements

• Degree Holder in business administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years related work experience;
• Experienced in business development and sales & project management;
• Experienced in social enterprise and knowledgeable in barrier free access facilities an advantage; and
• Good organization and communication skills.

Job Duties

• Engage and manage the Barrier Free Access facilities and related projects to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency;
• Control the quality of customer service of the company and product quality from venders to ensure a high customer satisfaction level;
• Plan and implement the business development activities to enhance the business performance of barrier free access facilities segment;
• Plan and implement marketing and promotional materials related to BFA facilities to promote the importance of BFA facilities and arouse public awareness in equal opportunities for the disabled; and
• Oversee the works and development of other team members to keep business running smoothly.
