Qualifications Framework Secretariat

Major Duties:
(a) To perform administrative duties in one or more of the following areas:
(i) general administration and office management;
(ii) financial and supplies matters;
(iii) procurement and inventory control of goods, equipment and consumables;
(iv) project planning and organising events; and
(v) human resources management;
(b) To assist in drafting, editing, and preparing correspondences, proposal, reports, papers, tender documents, etc.;
(c) To provide secretarial and administrative support to various boards / committees / working groups;
(d) To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff.
Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years' relevant experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations;
(c) Preferably with substantial experience in office administration in educational institutions or public organisations;
(d) Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills;
(e) Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua;
(f) Ability to work independently and under pressure; and
(g) Preferably with good IT knowledge and skills.
Notes:
(1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in both English and Chinese.
(3) The work location is Wan Chai.
(4) The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned.
