Job Description:

• Delivering model & drawing production in line with project BIM requirements and in conjunction with company CAD/BIM standards;
• Liaising directly with Design Engineering team to ensure we meet client needs and projects are delivered on program;
• Production of accurate coordinated 3D BIM models from/to Design Engineers mark-ups and schematic design for construction delivery;
• Production of both traditional as built Information and Asset Information Models;
• Working with Engineers & Designers in modelling and drawing production;
• Production of Working MEP BIM models and associated 2D Drawings in Revit environment;
• Creating working installation drawings based on the consultants’ drawings, and ensure they meet the necessary quality and specifications of the brief;
• Contribute in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 3 years BIM experience;
• 1~2 year BIM modeling experience.
• Good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Candidate with no model experience will be considered in Assistant BIM Modeller (Practical job training will be provided).
