Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently looking for a Chief Steward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leads and supervises a team of Stewarding staff and ensures an efficient daily operations which include kitchen utilities, dish room operations, overnight cleaning, loading dock and F&B back of house public areas.
  • Controls whole operating supplies, equipment par stock, and reports shortage to designed personnel
  • Effectively maintains the cleanliness and safety standards of the above areas in accordance with Marriott standards.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills and with positive attitude
  • Relevant working experience in hotel of similiar capacity
