Customer Services Officer

The role of the Customer Service Officer (CSO) is to provide customer service and answer inquiries at one of our Financial Services clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve day-to-day inquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels via phone and email
  • Handle and ensure customer requests and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
  • Maintain database is accurate and updated and produce relevant reports upon request
  • Perform other duties as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Between Diploma to Degree holder in Business or Finance related disciplines
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service Centre / Candidates with less experience but have good potential and qualifications will also be considered as Customer Service Executive
  • Familiar with banking products and operations/service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for continuous improvement
  • Be customer-centric, strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizing and management skills
  • Great Chinese and English writing skill
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Be able to represent the company in a professional manner
