Customer Care Officer $18k (6 months contract) 5 days Shek Mun

Job Descriptions

  • Provide customer service to handle enquires and complaints
  • Responsible for data entries, document checking
  • Support ad hoc projects when required

Requirements      

  • HKCEE/DSE or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Chinese/ English typing
  • Proactive, responsible, diligent and detailed minded
  • 5 days’ work per week.(Mon to Fri) (09:00-18:00)
  • Working Location: Shek Mun
