Engineer, Project - Modernization

You will be responsible to:

  • Planning and preparing correspondences for elevator and escalator modernization/ replacement
  • Preparing technical & project documentation and submission
  • Procurement of materials and coordinating with suppliers and factory for the product specification
  • Supervising and monitoring installation progress
  • Monitoring and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental procedures in accordance with policy
  • Attending site meetings and coordinating with customers

We expect you would be/ have:

  • Degree holder in engineering, building service, or other relevant discipline
  • Solid working experience in the elevator and escalator industry and experience in managing modernization projects are highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer, Project
