Company Secretarial Assistant
Job Duties:
- To handle company secretarial services to Hong Kong and offshore companies
- To take instructions given by senior officer for performing secretarial services to the various groups
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for Hong Kong and offshore companies
- To maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
- Liaise, negotiate and coordinate with the clients and other business parties
- Provide administrative support
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline/Company Secretarial Studies/Corporate Administration or university graduate
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and multi-tasking
- Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office
- Experience in company secretarial work or administrative field would be an advantage
- Experience in View Point will be an asset
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
