We are a well-established construction company undertaking various types of foundation works, construction of landslip preventative and mitigation works to slopes and retaining walls and civil engineering works. To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking high caliber candidates to join our team.
Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Highlights

  • Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying
  • 1year or above experience
  • Group medical and performance bonus

Job Description

  • Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors' claims for our construction projects.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • For AQS: At least 1 year working experience in main contractor side
  • For QS: Minimum 3 years working experience or 1 year post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS in main contractor side
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
  • May work for different types of Civil Works such as Sewerage Works, Piling Works, Steelworks etc
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
