Personnel Assistant (SL-PA)

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in a wide spectrum of human resources functions (mainly PRC related);
  • Perform research and study, prepare analysis and report for management    review;
  • Assist in reviewing the human resources policies, procedures and guidelines;
  • Provide administrative support to the department;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 1-2 years relevant experience;
  • Experience with PRC human resources practice / Labour Laws will be an added advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Analytical, organized and independent;
  • Proficiency in both written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
