As an established property management company and a member of the public-listed Allied Group, we are now looking for the right candidate to fill the following position :
Assistant Property Officer (with Double Pay – Central / Tai Tam)

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience
  • PMP licence (Tier 2) is required
  • Well versed in BMO and DMC
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
  • Less than 2 years' relevant working experience will be considered as Property Assistant


Duties

Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and contractors

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays)


Working location:

  • Central / Tai Tam
