Assistant Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist full spectrum of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist to handle staff movements including internal transfer and staff separation
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and staff database
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments upon request

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices
  • Energetic, flexible and good problem-solving abilities
  • Enjoy working in mixed cultural environment
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant
