About the Role:

• Supervise the construction progress of road, drainage, underground utilities works and external works
• Lead a construction team to deliver the project on time with a safe manner
• Prepare construction programe and communicate with clients, teams and sub-contractors
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control cost

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 7-10 years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of contract and subcontract documents
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A thorough understanding of health and safety standards
• A demonstrated knowledge of construction and engineering principles
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Construction Manager
