About the Role:   

  • Assess training needs and design training plan to meet talent development and business needs.
  • Design, develop and implement engaging and effective learning and development systems and programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of training calendars and schedules.
  • Manage the logistics of program delivery, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Assist in other HR projects

To be successful in this role, you must have:   

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Training and Development or equivalent 
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in training and development management, experience in MNC or construction/engineering industry is an advantage
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with different level of business partners;
  • Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
